It used to be that folks were asked to buckle down during a hard spell; now we're just urged to shop more. <BR/><BR/>Regarding peas: yes, they do flower first and then the pods show up. I was watering this AM and noticed little pea pods on my plants. I'm certain these are the ones that somehow recovered from the "attack of the hungry hens" so they are a bit more fully grown than yours; expect flowers and pods on yours soon.<BR/><BR/>As for the sock...hmmm...seems the first on was rainbowy and bright, too.
